How to get good concert tickets?

I have bought concert tickets in the past as soon as they go on sale and it seems like people buy the tickets soooo fast that the good ones are already gone! I know that radio stations and things like that get some first, but how do people do that?? There is an upcoming concert that I really want to take my daughter to but I want to make sure that we have good seats. The tickets have not gone on sale yet but how can I ensure that I will get good seats??
I’m trying to get tickets to the Taylor Swift concert in Greensboro, NC.. are there any presales on this?
